1. Peel the organic apples, remove the cores, and dice them. Place them in a small saucepan, drizzle with the lemon juice, add the cinnamon and a splash of water, and simmer covered until the fruit is completely soft.
2. Once the fruit is soft, remove the saucepan from the heat and blend the contents into a velvet-smooth apple puree.
3. In a separate saucepan, combine the organic rolled oats with your chosen milk and cook over low heat for about 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the oats absorb the liquid and become soft and creamy.
4. Pour the freshly prepared, hot oatmeal into the bottom of a bowl.
5. Spoon a thick, even layer of the warm apple puree on top of the oatmeal.
6. Garnish the bowl with the crunchy nuts, dried apple chips, and pomegranate seeds for a vibrant pop of color.
7. Before serving, drizzle with a ribbon of honey and decorate with a fresh mint leaf and a cinnamon stick.
