1. Add all the dry ingredients – flour, cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder – into a single bowl and mix.
2. Put all the wet ingredients – milk, oil, honey, vanilla flavouring and eggs – into another bowl and mix with a fork.
3. Add the wet ingredients mix to the dry ingredients and stir gently until smooth.
4. Add the chocolate into the batter and mix briefly.
5. Line a muffin pan with muffin paper liners.
6. Fill the liners with batter, up to about ¾ of height.
7. Preheat the oven to 200°C (if possible, heat from top and bottom).
8. Put the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
