1. Wash and peel the mushrooms. Hollow out the centre of each mushroom slightly. Transfer to a bowl, add oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
3. Put the mushrooms on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
4. Top each mushroom with tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Place in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
6. Serve sprinkled with fresh dill.
