Light flour-free quiche with organic milk

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2/3 glass of 18% sour cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 1 glass grated cheddar
  • 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • basil leaves

Preparing

1. Heat the oven up to 170 degrees. Spread the butter over the baking mould.

2. Boil the water with an added teaspoonful of salt in a large pot. Put the broccoli and cauliflower divided into smaller parts into the pot and cook for around 2 minutes. Put the broccoli and cauliflower pieces onto the colander and pour them with cold water and then place them evenly in the baking mould.

3. Mix the milk, sour cream, eggs, nutmeg, 3/4 flat teaspoonful of salt and 1/3 teaspoonful of pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the mould and sprinkle it with grated cheese.

4. Bake for around 30 minutes until the top becomes strongly golden brown. Sprinkle the top with pepper and decorate with basil leaves.
