1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg and honey and mix. Pour in the flour and mix until smooth.
2. Scoop the dough with a spoon, coat it in flour, form balls and flatten it on your hand.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan, line the pancakes, fry on low heat on both sides for about 1.5 minutes.
4. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and strawberries.
