3. Browning the meat: Add both types of meat (beef and pork) to the skillet. Cook, breaking up any lumps with a spatula, until the meat is browned and fully cooked through.
4. Seasoning: Season the mixture with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, and chopped fresh basil.
5. Simmering: Pour in the tomato passata. Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld. (Optional: if the sauce is too thick, add a small splash of the pasta cooking water).
6. Pasta: In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
