1. Cut the rolls open lengthwise on top and hollow out a space for the stuffing.
2. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and dice.
3. In a skillet, heat up a tablespoon of oil, brown sliced garlic, meat and peppers. Add tomato sauce and cook for several minutes.
4. Add beans, oregano, salt and pepper, and stir well.
5. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Add the ready stuffing to the rolls and sprinkle cheese on top.
7. Place into oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
