1. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chopped red onions and spices in a bowl until they blend well.
2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
3. Then put the chopped vegetables and the pork ham on each tortilla.
4. Wrap each tortilla strongly in order to form a long tube.
5. Cut the tortillas into small pieces and put them on a platter. Decorate with the cherry tomatoes.
