1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
2. Cut the pork into small cubes. Crush garlic, chop onions, chili peppers and mushrooms, peel ginger and grate finely.
3. Heat the oil on a frying pan. Add meat, garlic, mushrooms, onion, corn, chili, ginger, turmeric and fry for a few minutes.
