Pasta in Creamy Broccoli Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta (e.g. penne)
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese (e.g. parmesan)
  • salt and pepper

Preparing

1. Cook the pasta al dente.

2. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook until tender.

3. In a pan, sauté the garlic in olive oil.

4. Add the broccoli and milk, then blend into a smooth sauce.

5. Season, add the cheese, and mix with the pasta.
