Grilled chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g green bean
  • a few leaves of lettuce
  • pecan nuts
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparing

1. Wash the chicken breast, then dry and grillon the strongly heated frying pan with 1 small spoon of oil.

2. Add salt andpepper and cut into thick slices. 

3. Divide the broccoli into small parts and cooktogether with the bean. 

4. Put the sliced lettuce into the lunch box and pour with1 small spoon of olive oil. 

5. Place the chicken, broccoli, bean and nuts on the top.
