Colourful plate with lentils, chicken and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 glass of red lentils
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 glasses of cut lettuce
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparing

1. Divide the chicken into 4 parts and fry in a grill pan, season with salt and pepper.

2. Pour a glass of lentils into a pot and pour 2 cups of water, boil for about 20 minutes until soft.

3. Put lettuce, chopped avocado, tomatoes and turnip on a plate. Place lentils and chopped chicken on top of it. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame.
