1. Divide the chicken breast into 4 equal parts and cut them lengthwise.
2. Peel the bean and the carrot. Divide the carrot into oblong strips. Peel and cut the garlic.
3. Put the carrot, carrot and garlic on every part of the chicken and add salt and pepper. Wrap into a roll, enwrap in a slice of bacon and fasten together with a toothpick. Pour the pepper on the top and rub the oil in.
4. Put the rolls over to a small pan and bake at 180 degrees for 20–25 minutes.
